To Pan Fry: Heat 5ml of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Place lardons in frying pan and cook on a moderate heat, turning occasionally. Drain Well. Check product is cooked & piping hot throughout. Always wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after handling raw meat. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
