Domestic ovens vary, the following is a guide only. Preheat oven to 220°C | 200°C Fan | Gas 7. Place goujons on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven until the crumb is golden brown. Turn halfway through cooking time. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
