To create this delicious family dinner recipe for Toad in the Hole, first put a small glug of oil into a baking tin and place on the middle shelf of the oven on the highest setting until the oil is smoking hot.
Then carefully remove the tin to add 8 Naked Pork Sausages (cut in half if you want a full looking Toad in Hole) – allow to bake in oven until lightly browned.
Remove the tin and CAREFULLY add the Yorkshire pudding batter (it may spit). Bake in the oven for 20-25 mins until raised and golden brown.
