Hot and fiery, and deliciously satisfying party snacks. Here’s what you need to make stuffed jalapeno peppers.
1. Mix cream cheese and cheddar cheese with chopped chives and season with coarse black pepper and salt.
2. Slice the jalapenos lengthways and stuff each half with the cheese mixture.
3. Wrap Naked Smoked Streaky Bacon around each filled pepper and bake them on a lined baking sheet in the oven for around 20mins – until the cheese is bubbling, the peppers are starting to soften, and the bacon is beginning to brown and crisp up. Drooling yet?
4. Serve on a bed of creamy guacamole with optional salsa dip.
